2. Within 1 week of initial in-home, telephone or email consultation, we will present you with several "working" sketches, copy style and font recommendations. Based on your feedback, adjustments will be made to the design to ensure your satisfaction.

3. Within 1 more week, follow up sketches and copy will be presented or emailed based upon your recommendations for final approval.

4. After final approval, your project will go to print and assembly process by fine print craftsmen that uphold our fine standards for exceptional quality and service.

5. Your completed project will be mailed or hand delivered to your home to ensure your total satisfaction.
